Financial Times recognises IPF as one of the UK’s Best Employers

Global consumer finance company, International Personal Finance plc (IPF) has been recognised in the inaugural list of the 500 Best UK Employers 2025 by the world's leading business media title.

The list is based on the findings of an independent survey of 20,000 UK employees in which participants were asked to provide feedback on their current work experience, including salary, work conditions, development opportunities and the reputation of their employer. The research considered companies across all industries with more than 250 employers.  IPF has been in the top 200 employers, ahead of many other financial services and other well established brands..

Sarah Dawson,IPF's  Chief Human Resources Officer said: “This recognition, reflecting our employees' experience and satisfaction, validates our commitment to delivering on the Group's Next Gen organisation strategy and being a great place to work. Achieving the title of one of the UK’s best employers based on our own people’s feedback, reinforces our dedication to enhancing what it means to be an employee at IPF.”
