Provident Polska wins ethics award

IPF’s leading consumer finance business based in Poland, Provident Polska, is pround to announce that it has won the Super Ethical Company title for the second time.

Provident Polska, which serves more than 400,000 customers, was honoured at the 2023 Ethical Company Awards ceremony which recognises organisations that have demonstrated the importance of ethical practices in business. 

Provident Polska was recognised for a range of ethics best practice including annual ethics training for every colleague, the inclusion of ethics in all inductions, an annual Ethics Week, the company’s ‘Speak Up’ whistleblowing line, membership of the Advertising Council and for being the only lender in Poland to implement a Code of Ethics.

The award was collected by Provident Polska’s Customer Service Director, Tomasz Skiba and Ethics Officer, Agnieszka Krajnik.

Commenting on the award win, Tomasz Skiba said:  "We are delighted to have won the Super Ethical Company title once again – it’s not only highlights the efforts we make for our customers, colleagues and partners everyday but also demonstrates our focus of building our business with the highest ethical standards.” 

The Ethical Company Awards are organised by “Puls Biznesu”, one of Poland’s leading national media titles, and attracted entries from nearly 100 companies.
