International Personal Finance’s (IPF) leading consumer finance operation in Poland, Provident Polska, has been recognised as one of the country's top brands for the sixth time and confirmed its position as the strongest brand in the Polish lending industry.
Winning the Top Marka award, Provident Polska was recognised for a number of high-profile initiatives including its financial education programmes promoting responsible lending, and the Provident Barometer surveys which provide both the business and journalists with valuable data on the attitudes of Polish consumers, particularly relating to financial behaviours and decisions. Provident Polska’s engagement in diversity was also highlighted as was its support for the ‘Mother's House’ – a facility created by the business to provide mothers and children displaced from Ukraine after the outbreak of war with a safe home to live and be cared for.
The award was based on a study of brands in the Polish media including 1.5 million press articles, nearly 16 million online publications and over 28 million posts on Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube, published between July 2022, and June 2023. In addition, 500 brands were selected from the 50 most high profile industry sectors in Poland with each brand evaluated in terms of impact sentiment index and brand strength
