IPF Annual Learning Festival attracts audience of 12,000

Global financial services business, International Personal FInance (IPF), has completed its third annual Learning Festival, a global learning and development event, which attracted nearly 12,000 employees and customer representatives in 2023.

IPF’s 20,000+ colleagues were invited to attend more than 100 online sessions led by 140 internal and external experts, including Amazon, across the Festival’s global and local stages.  Topics covered during the week included:

·       Personal development; technology and innovation;

·       Artificial intelligence;

·      Commercial mindset;

·       Pustomer service;

·       psychological safety; and

·       Diversity.

Commenting on IPF’s 2023 Learning Festival, Chief HR Officer, Lyndsey Scott, said: “Helping our teams to be the best they can be is part of our strategy to be a great employer and continue to deliver on our purpose to build a etter world through financial inclusion. This year’s event was a resounding success with an increase of 50% attendance compared with last year, and it is now a key event that is deeply rooted in our learning culture.”
