Today International Personal Finance plc has published its 2021 Annual Report and Financial Statements.
This year’s report is centred around the Group’s journey to becoming a more purpose-led business and outlines how it is enabling financial inclusion by connecting underserved customers with affordable, accessible credit in a responsible, sustainable way. The report also highlights the strong progress made in rebuilding the business in 2021 as the challenges of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic were navigated, the extensive engagement with all stakeholders as well as the annual accounts.
The Group’s Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022 is also now available ahead of the 2022 AGM, which will be held at 10.30am on 28 April 2022 at International Personal Finance plc, 26 Whitehall Road, Leeds LS12 1BE
