International Personal Finance’s digital consumer credit business in Mexico has been honoured as one of the 2022 Best Workplaces for Women. It has also taken the No. 13 spot in the Mexico national ranking, also announced by Great Place to Work®.
The 2022 Best Workplaces for Women list is a programme that aims to recognise top organisations which, rather than provide a great work environment for everyone in general, are creating positive and supportive workplaces for women in particular. The ranking is created following an independent analysis of direct feedback from employees in thousands of organisations surveyed by Great Place to Work®.
This award recognises organisations that go above and beyond to ensure that the women in their workforce are treated fairly when it comes to pay, recognition, training and promotion opportunities; where they can take time off to attend to childcare or other family commitments; and where they are encouraged, empowered, and supported to do their best work.
