IPF has today published its 2020 Annual Report and Financial Statements centred on the theme ‘Taking Action’ to reflect the business response to the challenges created by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Framed around our Return to Growth plan, the report provides stakeholders with a detailed narrative highlighting the strategic decision to respond to the pandemic by protecting our people, prioritising our loyal customers and protecting the business. The report features key decisions made together with a blend of case studies to illustrate the resilience of the IPF business model and how actions taken delivered an improving second half performance and clear path to return to future profitability and long-term growth.
The report also includes detailed financial and governance information as well as more extensive coverage on stakeholder engagement including specific examples demonstrating how considering stakeholder needs impacted Board decisions in 2020.
