Provident in Romania, one of International Personal Finance’s leading home credit businesses, is celebrating the company’s 15th anniversary this month with customers and colleagues.
Since its launch in 2006, more than 1 million customers in Romania have benefited from over 3.2 million loans served by Provident’s home credit customer representatives. In 2020, Provident Romania was also one of the IPF’s European operations to receive the European Customer Centricity Award recognising its excellence in customer service.
Florin Balcan, Country Manager of Provident Romania said: “This is another important milestone in our journey of responsibly serving customers with affordable home credit loans. The success of the business comes down to meeting our customers needs with simple, affordable credit and the dedication of our 1,800-strong team who are serving them each and every day. I’d also like to thank the 500 customers who took their first loans with Provident Romania back in 2006 and who are active customers today having returned to us from time to time when they need credit.”
