IPF’s European home credit business wins European Customer Centricity Award 2020

International Personal Finance’s European home credit business has won the Customer Experience Professionals category in the European Customer Centricity Awards 2020.

The Provident branded business, which serves short-term, small sum loans to 880,000 customers in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania, joined Europe’s most customer centric companies at the inaugural virtual awards ceremony.

The business was recognised for its teamwork, creativity and leadership in developing an international team responsible for implementing customer-friendly services across all four markets and the development of a positive customer journey experience.

“This is a huge achievement and recognises the great collaboration and international teamwork efforts of our people across our European markets,” said Gerard Ryan, CEO of International Personal Finance plc.  “We have focused on developing processes to provide the highest standards of customer service and ensure our customers’ needs are met through sharing best practice, knowledge and solutions.”

The European Customer Centricity Awards is one of the largest events related to the exchange of knowledge about customer experience in Europe.  This year’s event attracted over 130 entries from 32 countries, which were evaluated by a panel of independent experts.
