IPF’s European home credit business take Top Employer awards

All four of International Personal Finance plc’s (IPF) European home credit businesses have been recognised as Top Employers at the recent Top Employers Institute awards ceremony in Amsterdam.

The Top Employers Institute is a leading, global authority on recognising excellence in people practices.  Its independent research revealed that each of IPF’s European home credit businesses serving customers in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania provide exceptional employee conditions, nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organisation and have demonstrated leadership status in the HR environment.  It also recognised the efforts made in striving to optimise employment practices and developing employees.

Botond Szirmak, Head of IPF’s European home credit said: “We are delighted to be awarded once again for being a leading employer.  Our employees and agents are vital to delivering a responsible, high-quality service to our customers and this award recognises the dedication and resources we invest in developing those who work with us, and providing a supportive and productive working environment.”

IPF’s European home credit businesses have approximately 12,000 employees and agents and serve more than 1 million customers.  In 2019, its strategy to provide a great customer experience and generate returns to invest in building a more customer-focused business delivered a very strong financial performance, increasing profit before tax by £1.3 million to £115.1 million.
