IPF has published its 2019 Annual Report and Financial Statements themed Responsible, Sustainable, Innovative.
In addition to the Group’s financial statements, the report covers how we serve our customers and create value for all the business’ stakeholders, details 2019 performance against our multi-channel strategy as well as the annual statements from our Chairman and CEO. Stakeholder engagement forms a key component of the strategic report while the Directors’ Report highlights the vital role our Board plays in defining behaviours, and governing and growing the business.
The Directors’ Remuneration Report reflects the continued focus on the effective implementation of the 2017 Remuneration Policy in the context of business performance and long-term strategic objectives, as well as the proposed new 2020 Directors’ Remuneration Policy.
