The Diversity Charter in Estonia is a voluntary agreement to promote diversity management, prevent discrimination and promote workplace equality and diversity. IPF Digital joins more than 120 organisation in Estonia who have signed up to the Charter, confirming that it values the principles of diversity and equal treatment among its employees, customers and partners.
