Provident Polska, one of Poland’s leading providers of home credit and part of International Personal Finance (IPF), is pleased to announce that for the fourth consecutive year it has been awarded the prestigious Golden Leaf CSR Award by weekly publication Politya in association with Deloitte Consulting.
These awards, now in their sixth year, recognise the most socially and environmentally responsible companies operating in Poland. This year only two financial services businesses received the prestigious award; the other recipient was the Polish Bank, Millennium. Provident was commended for its commitment to supporting customer care, corporate governance, human rights, environmental protection, business integrity and social engagement.
Agnieszka Klos, Country Manager of Provident Polska commented: “Provident Polska is delighted to have been recognised by the Golden Leaf CSR Awards for the fourth consecutive year. We are extremely proud of the corporate responsibility initiatives we have pioneered, and the receipt of this award is a reflection of our strong commitment to CSR.”
The award follows a number of other accolades received by Provident Polska this year. In 2018, the company was named Top Employer 2018 for the sixth time by the Top Employers Institute, Master of Business by Businessman.pl magazine, and Financial Brand of the Year by economic publication Gazeta Finansowa.
Provident Polska is a leading provider of home credit in Poland. For the 12 months ended 30 December 2017, IPF’s Northern Europe region, which comprises the home credit businesses in Poland and the Czech Republic, had 737,000 customers and credit issued was £509M.
