IPF Digital Spain leads the Spanish Fintech Association to award win

1 October 2018: IPF Digital Spain’s Managing Director, Jorge Bardón, has accepted the Titans of Finance Award on behalf of the Spanish Fintech and Insurtech Association (‘AEFI’).

AEFI is responsible for promoting Spain as a favourable environment for fintech and insurtech business. The Association also works to develop codes of best practice and to engage stakeholders involved with legislative proposals. IPF Digital are a longstanding member of the AEFI.

The Titans of Finance awards showcase successful Spanish organisations. AEFI won in the ‘institutions’ category, with a strong shortlist including CaixaForum Madrid, the School of Business and Management and the business school ESADE.

Jorge Bardón, Vice President of AEFI and Managing Director of IPF Digital Spain said: "This award is an important recognition for AEFI, reflecting the important role that FinTech is having when promoting innovation and the evolution of the world of finance. This award represents a boost for all our companies and confirms that we are on the right track thanks to ethical and responsible professional work, now reinforced by the launching of the first ethical code for all members of the AEFI."
