Provident Polska, one of Poland’s leading providers of home credit and part of the International Personal Finance (IPF) group, is delighted to announce that it has been named as one of the country’s leading employers for the fourth year in a row. Provident is one of a prestigious group of just 39 employers awarded the title in 2016, including Orange, T-Mobile and ING, and was presented with the accolade by the Top Employers institute at a recent ceremony in Warsaw.
Assessing companies across nine separate areas - including talent development, training, HR policies, culture and remuneration - the Top Employers Institute recognises companies striving to reach the highest workplace standards. The award underlines Provident’s on-going commitment to providing a friendly, supportive and progressive working environment and an open corporate culture.
