Ilona, is a young mother of two in Hungary. She recently became the guardian of her own siblings as their mother moved abroad. She needed a driving licence to take her family to kindergarten or to the doctor. Ilona was able to complete a driving course thanks to a loan from Provident granted by her Customer Representative, Zsuzsanna who, along with her colleagues, also helped to organise some school and food supplies the family needed.
