She says that her secret is simple: she explains everything from the first moment so her customers know exactly how much they have to pay, when they need to pay and whether they can afford the loan.
Her key focus is to interact with the people she meets, talk to them and find out about their needs so she can help them. Nina says that if she was an author, she could fill a book with all the great stories she has heard.
